Make chicken and rice this way 🔥 it’s so good!

*Soy Garlic Roasted Chicken with Tomato Garlic Red Rice 🔥*

This budget-friendly dish is packed with flavor and one of my go-to recipes when I’m craving something delicious!

*Ingredients:*
Chicken quarters (thighs, drumsticks, wings—your choice)
4 Tbsp seasoning sauce or soy sauce
2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
1/4 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp neutral cooking oil
1 tsp crushed black pepper
4 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp sweetener (adjust to taste)
1 Tbsp unsalted butter

*Instructions:*
1. Mix all ingredients (except chicken and butter) to create a marinade. Double the amount if you’d like extra for dipping.
2. Wash and clean your chicken.
3. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour, up to 3 hours.
4. Air-fry at *370°F* for **15-20 minutes per side**, or until golden and cooked through. Cooking time may vary based on your air fryer.
5. Serve with red rice, drizzle with sweet soy garlic sauce, and enjoy!
