Salad with strawberries

Ingredients:
350 g of strawberries
5 tomatoes
100 g of raw smoked bacon
A handful of fresh mint
2-3 tablespoons of sesame
1 tablespoon of honey

Execution:
I de-stem the strawberries, wash them and cut them into pieces.
I wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Cut raw smoked bacon into strips and place in a dry frying pan.
I heat the pan and render the bacon fat. Once the bacon is fried and crispy, I remove it from the pan. I place the bacon on a paper towel and drain it.
I cut the bacon very finely and add it to the strawberries and tomatoes.
I chop the mint very finely and add it.
I sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and pour honey over it.
Mix thoroughly and it's ready!
