MP BJP Minister's remarks on Col Sofiya Qureshi 'shameful',BJP should've officially distanced itself

A BJP leader and Madhya Pradesh minister has created a row over his unsavoury comment purportedly aimed at Army Colonel Sofiya Qureshi. Qureshi, along with IAF Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, was the face of India’s press briefings on Operation Sindoor. The Congress has demanded the resignation of Madhya Pradesh Tribal Affairs Minister Vijay Shah. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge described the comments as “shameful and vulgar”.
