2-3lbs of ground chuck (I used 3lbs)
1 Cup of diced onion
2 Cloves of garlic
1/3 Cup of red wine (I used Apothic Red)
1T of Worcestershire sauce
Thyme
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
Both packs of Lipton “Beefy onion” soup mix
1T Corn Starch
Add about half cup of water (gently add)
1 1/2 to 2 Cups of mixed frozen carrot & peas
Spread mixture in baking pan*
Start on you mashed potatoes
Family sized bag of instant Idaho Potatoes
1/2 brick of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1/2Cup PreGrated or freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 egg yolks only
Spread mashed potatoes on meat mixture & score with fork.
Sprinkle parsley, paprika, and Parmesan Cheese on top of potatoes.
Bake on 385* for 45 mins
Let stand for 15 mins then serve
