Love cream cheese and strawberries? Then this recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
1- 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (we prefer quality brand, its firmer and works best)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar (aka powdered sugar)
1 tsp vanilla
Toppings of choice (crumbled Oreos, graham crackers, nuts, sprinkles)
Allow cream cheese to soften. Then mix all ingredients together at medium speed for 1-2 minutes. Using a tipless bag, insert a Wilton tip 1M followed by the cream cheese mixture. If mixture is too soft, place in fridge for 10 minutes and then pipe on strawberries. If mixture is too soft the shape of the tip 1M will not form. Finally, once you fill your strawberries refrigerate immediately until served. This recipe fills 12-14 strawberries.
