Ingredients & Process:
Sugar syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup water
Some soaked saffron
Boil for 2-3 min.
Keep aside
2 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp almond, cashew nuts
1 tbsp raisins
Roast for 30 sec.
Keep aside
2 cup poha/Flatten rice
1 tbsp ghee
Roast in low heat
Roast for 3-4 min.
Add warm sugar syrup
Cook for 3-5 min.
3 tbsp milk powder
Add Roasted nuts
3 tbsp grated coconut
3 tbsp tutti frutti
Mix well
