XPT Fire and Ice in Brooklyn Oct 4th 2019

I joined Lindsay of XPT NYC in Ditmas park, Brooklyn for some Fire and Ice. It was amazing going back and forth between the sauna and ice bath. Lindsay and Elisa literally carried my out of the ice bath due to my dropped foot, and weakened legs due to ALS. They are amazing, and attract an amazing group of followers.
