Hawaiian warriors were jacked AF - and here’s how they got that way:
First, SURFING was used to build balance and athleticism. The best surfer was often the most respected warrior.
Next, a bone-breaking martial art known as ‘LUA’ taught warriors how to fight using weapons, striking and grappling.
Finally, warriors sparred and practiced these fighting techniques in the surf - forcing them to maintain balance as waves crashed into them.
These techniques created elite warriors with peak fitness - unlike most modern gym routines.
