High protein Qunioa Dosa Recipe ✨
This quinoa is the best replacement for rice-based batter. It's high in protein and gluten free that helps in weightloss and maintaining blood sugar levels .
Here i am using qunioa from @pintola made 100% Natural and with No preservatives .
INGREDIENTS :
Qunioa - 1 cup
Brown Rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Channa dal - 1/4 th cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 ( Adjust as per batter consistency)
METHOD -
▪️In a bowl add qunioa , brown rice , urad dal, Fenugreek seeds .
▪️Wash it thoroughly 3 times
▪️Soak 6- 7 hours
▪️Once soaked grind into smooth batter
▪️Ferment overnight
▪️Once fermented add salt , water as per consistency and mix well
▪️Pour on a hot pan and spread it evenly
▪️Apply some oil and cook evenly
▪️Serve with Hot chutney
