Hello Friends , In this video we will be seeing how to make pura mtta curry or pigeon egg fry in tamil. This is a very awesome recipe that childrens like it so much and it is so good for cold. This is good medicine to treat cold.
Step 1 : A fine paste of all ingrediends mentioned in the video is grounded and kept aside.
Step 2 : The pigeon is cleaned well and cut into pieces.
Step 3 : Now onion , tomatoes are stirred in a pressure cooer , later in which goes the pigeon pieces and sauted well.
Step 4 : now chilli powder , home made kulambu powder and turmeric powder are added. required amount of water is added and the cooked under medium heat fr 3 whistles.
Step 5 : Once cooked , the pigeon pieces are cooked , they are picked up and added along with egg and cooked in a pan for 5 minutes along with onion and green chillied.
