20 min Singapore Noodles for 4 | Scale of Challenge - Easy #quickdinner

This 20 min dinner is going to be so much better than take-out.
You can easily use the veggies in your fridge to do a "use up" session.
Customize it with a protein of your choice, chicken, shrimp, pork, beef or tofu, they all work.
Kick it up a notch by adding chili flakes or chili oil.
The base recipe is a keeper that can help you put together a meal in a pinch.
Singaporean Curry Noodles
The fusion of many countries has put together this savoury delish recipe.

Ingredients
Sauce
• ▢2 tbsp dark soy sauce 
• ▢2 tbsp light soy sauce
• ▢2  tsp curry powder
• ▢1 tsp sugar
• ▢1 tbsp chicken bouillon
Chicken Spice
• ▢1 tsp curry powder
• ▢1 tsp salt
• ▢½  tsp black pepper
Stir Fry
• ▢200g fresh chow mein noodles
• ▢2 tbsp  oil , separated
• ▢2  medium chicken thighs cubed
• ▢2 eggs , beaten
• ▢1/2 medium onion , thinly sliced (yellow, brown or white)
• ▢1 carrot julienned
• ▢1/2 cup cabbage
• ▢1 cup bell pepper
• ▢1 green onion
