It’s really easy to CHEAT during exercise! That’s why I like to work out with a mirror or a partner to help check my body mechanics and alignment to prevent injury!✅
Maintaining good body mechanics during exercise is very difficult especially as the muscles fatigue during a workout so make sure you aren’t making this common plank mistake rounding your back‼️
You should NEVER have PAIN in your low back during a PLANK exercise❌
Even if you don’t have any pain in your back now, you may be doing the plank incorrectly which can result in pain down the road!❌
BUTT CLENCHING is a common way to cheat and can result in lumbosacral COMPRESSION❌
Rounding your back and not pushing through your shoulders is another common issue❌
