Guidant Group Career Academy

At Guidant Group, we want all of our people to become the best version of themselves and believe they’re are in the driving seat when it comes to their career progression. To support them with this, we’ve developed an internal Career Academy.

The Career Academy is designed to help our employees gain exposure to different teams and to develop new skills. It’s providing individuals with vital experience and the opportunity to close any skills gaps they’ve identified as a barrier to progression.

The Career Academy also gives our managers direct access to a highly skilled, flexible resource and is helping us to manage peaks and troughs in workloads across the business.

Guidant employees can get involved in the Career Academy in lots of different ways, it might be job shadowing, a secondment for a large project or simply attending a client meeting.

So far it’s proving to be a great success and a win-win situation for everyone involved!
