Part: 4 - CGI-based Command prompt for Windows 10 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

Part: 4 - This is the video related to task-2 of IIEC RISE Python training.
I had made a command prompt for windows 10 and RHEL 8 on web UI.
You can access it from any device just you require the IP address.
In this part I will be showing that what will happen if you choose RHEL8 and VM is not powered on (or started before)
(The system I had made is intelligent and if the VM is not already turned on so it will start for you, but you will have to wait for sometime :) )
