Ponniyin Selvan Story in Tamil.
In this episode, Kundavai Piratti and Vaanathi start their journey towards Tanjore. On the way, Vaanathi asks Kundavai Piratti, how prince Arulmozhivarman got the "Ponniyin Selvan" name. Kundavai starts narrating the story, how Arulmozhivarman slipped into the river from the boat and was rescued by the river god. So from that day, everyone calls him "Ponniyin Selvan".
Nandhini, Pazhuvettaraiyar brothers, and others also waiting to receive Kundavai Piratti to Tanjore palace. Nandhini and Kundavai exchange their greetings sarcastically. They get to meet often in that palace, but every time Kundavai resenting it.
