Ingredients : ( Servings : 4 persons )
For Gravy :
1. Oil - 2 tbsp
2. Whole Spices ( gota garam masala ) - javitri + star anise + small&big Cardamom + cloves + cinnamon stick
3. Ginger ( Ada ) - 2 inch
4. Garlic ( Rasuna ) - 10-12 cloves
5. Whole Cashew nuts ( Gota kaju ) - 10-12 pcs
6. Onions ( Piaja ) - 3 medium '
7. Tomato - 2 medium
8. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
9. Turmeric powder ( haladi gunda ) - 1/4 tbsp
10. Kashmiri Chilli powder ( lanka gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
11. Coriander powder ( dhania gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
12. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri methi ) - 1 tbsp
13. Fresh Yogurt ( Curd / Dahi ) - 4 tbsp
For Vegetable + Gravy ( Navran Korma ) :
1. French Beans ( Bean ) - 1/2 cup
2. Carrort ( Gajar ) - 1/2 cup
3. Potato ( Alu ) - 1 medium
4. Capsicum ( Bada lanka / Shimla lanka ) - 1/2 or 1/4 cup
5. Cauliflower ( Phula kobi )
6. Green Peas ( Matara ) - 1/2 cup
7. Paneer - 1/2 cup
8. Dry Fruits ( cashew & almonds )
9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
10. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
11. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
12. Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
13. Sugar - 1 tbsp ( approx. ) or as per taste
14. Salt - as per taste
15. Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
16. Oil - 1 tbsp
17. Butter - 2-3 tbsp / 2-3 cubes butter
For Tempering ( Tadka / Chhunka ) , Optional :
1. Oil - 1 tbsp
2. Butter - 1 tbsp / 1 cube butter
3. Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tbsp
4. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
