Ingredients:
Cooking Oil
Sliced Onions
Sliced Pork
Sliced Shrimps
Salt
White or Black Pepper
Dried Parsley
Grated Carrots
Sliced Cabbage
Sliced Sweet Potatoes
Chicken Bouillon
Lumpia Wrapper
For Vinegar Condiment:
Vinegar
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Sugar
In a pan put oil, saute sliced onions, add in sliced pork, saute for 15 minutes then add sliced shrimp, saute for a minute. Season with salt, white or black pepper, and dried parsley. Add grated carrots, saute for a minute, then mix sliced cabbage and saute for a minute too. Add sliced sweet potatoes, and mix for a minute. Add chicken bouillon for flavor, and mix well. Let it cool then strain the cooked vegetables. Wrap the vegetables with a lumpia wrapper. Deep fry. Put the fried ones in a paper towel so the oil will be absorbed by the towel. Serve it with condiments like vinegar with garlic, onion, salt and sugar. Enjoy!
