Evening yoga routine to melt away stress

Feeling mentally drained and physically tense? Let yoga work its magic! 🧘‍♀️

By doing this yoga routine, you can wave goodbye to tension and welcome serenity into your evening routine. Repeat the following for 3-5 rounds to feel fully refreshed.

1️⃣ Tadasana (Mountain Pose): Hold for 30 seconds, focusing on your breath and grounding.

2️⃣ Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose): Hold each side for 10-15 seconds, building strength and balance.

3️⃣ Spinal Stretch: Twist to each side, holding for 15-20 seconds, to release tension and improve flexibility.

4️⃣ Back Stretch: Hold for 20-30 seconds, feeling a gentle release in your spine.

5️⃣ Squats: Perform 10-12 reps to strengthen your legs and energise your body.

This calming sequence not only soothes your mind but also revitalises your body after a long day. Take a deep breath, flow through these poses, and let go of all that doesn’t serve you. 🌿
