Causeway - Movie Review

Red or Green Light Movie Review ofthe new A24 film Causeway. This is a very deliberately slow paced film about the need for connection because wounds run deep, not just her brain injury or his leg injury. These strangers need each other and it requires two great yet subdued performances from our leads. I was happy to see Jennifer Lawrence taking on challenging characters again because she is such a great talent in dramatic roles. Will her great performance earn an Oscar?

Red Light - STOP, save yourself some time and skip this film! Go to the dentist instead, it'll be more pleasant.
