Malware Fighter
This is the Free edition and is a superb Anti-Malware piece of kit. It finds and instantly quarantines threats. The software is already configured so you do not have to do anything other than click update before a scan, then run a full scan

Click Start and locate Malware Fighter
Right click, and select Run as Administrator
Click the Update tab, click and complete the upate
Next go to the Scan tab and under Full Scan choose Scan
Once the scan has completed click Repair for any threats detected
