HOW TO MAKE PAKSIW NA LECHON / how to cook lechon paksiw! Best of Bulacan lechon paksiw!

This video teaches you how to make Paksiw na Lechon. Since we usually have left overs from New Year's feast, why not make it to a delicious Paksiw na Lechon.

Ingredients:
2 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
Oil
Bay leaves
2 cups water
1 cup Mang Tomas sauce
1/2 cup Vinegar
Crispy Lechon
Fish sauce

Saute crushed garlic, and diced onion in oil, then put the left over lechon, sugar and bay leaves, add round black pepper, 500ml of water, and 1/2 cup of vinegar, then bring to boil. Add fish sauce, and Mang Tomas sauce. Bring to boil again then serve hot, enjoy!
