Korean Fried Chicken Wings- Crispiest chicken Wings | dawat recipe | food recipe

This Korean fried chicken has the crispiest coating with the amazing flavours, I’m sure everyone will fall in love with it instantly

Korean chicken wings are double deep fried chicken wings that is coated with sticky, spicy and sweet sauce. The taste and the sensation is almost magical! It’s super delicious and addictive!

Method:

Chicken wings marination:
Chicken wings: 500g
Salt: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Garlic pepper: 1 tsp
Milk: 1 cup
Marinate chicken wings with the above ingredients and leave for minimum 30 minutes.

For flour coating:
Plain flour: 1 1/2 cup
Cornflour: 1/2 cup
Paprika: 1 tsp
White pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Garlic powder: 1 tsp

Mix all the above ingredients in flour
Coach the chicken wings in flour and lay them all in a tray for 5-10 minutes
Then coat then again in the flour mixture
By leaving the chicken wings in flour for for 4 minutes will leave some extra moisture and you can easily do a double coat.
Now fry on medium heat for 5 mins and then remove from oil
Leave for few minutes and then refry for another 4-5 minutes
This will give chicken wings an extra crunchy coating

Sauce:
Butter: 3-4 tbsp
Soft brown sugar: 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic crushed: 1 tbsp
Gochujang: 3-4 tbsp
Sesame seeds:
1 tsp

Heat butter and add all the sauce ingredients. You can adjust the spice according to your taste.
Coat all the chicken wings in sauce and enjoy fresh.
