The Wall:

Towards the end of Iraq war a distress call is sent out from a pipeline construction site in the middle of a dessert. To address this call and survey the location two American Soldiers are sent, one being Staff Sergeant Shane Matthews who is a snipper and his spotter being Sergeant Allen Isaac.

After 22 hours of survey in the grueling heat, Shane Matthews decides that it's time they report back. But on the insistence of Allen he agrees to check out the site on a closer look.

The all cool Shane Matthews strolls across the site and a bullet hits him. To assists him Allen runs to his aid and 3 bullets are fired at him one hitting him in the knees, the second one hitting his canteen and the third one hitting his communication antenna. To protect himself he takes safeguard behind a small wall.

With the enemy snipper hacking his comm's and taunting him. How Sergeant Allen Isaac survives forms the plot for the movie.

If you ask me that's a very amazing premise, showing the real war where very little action takes place. We also get to see the two sides of the story.

At times we also hope for Allen Isaac to be safe, simultaneously we also sympathize with the enemy snipper whose name is not revealed at all.

A must watch movie.
