Ingredients
Bread 4-5 pieces
Chopped dry fruits
Desi ghee for shallow fry
For custard:
Milk -1/2litre
Custard powder-2tbs
Sugar-2tbs
Cardamom powder-1ts
Method:
Make custard by boiling milk and adding custard powder,sugar and cardamom powder in it.boil and stir constantly for 2-3minutes
Pour it in a container after cooling and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
Cut the breads and shallow fry it in ghee till golden brown.
Arrange them in a container after cooling as pour custard mixture on it .garnish it with chopped dry fruits and enjoy the chilled sweet shahi tukra in this summer ❤️
