Autoanalyzer Troubleshooting Basics: No Peaks Checking the Valve in a FIA System

When identifying the cause of having no peaks, we must first determine if the problem is mechanical or chemical. In this EZkem troubleshooting video, we will be determining if the cause of having no peaks is due to the valve in a FIA system.

The first thing to do is to look at the serial communication value window and make sure that the values are correct. The next step is to check the valve and determine if the loop is injecting into the system. If the valve is functioning correctly, it can be ruled out as the cause of the problem.
