Azabudai Hills is a must-visit attraction in Tokyo. Take your breakfast at the Sky Room Cafe on 34F. The Cafe serves good coffee/tea and pastries. After your meal, you can walk down to the 33F Sky Lobby. It offers the best views of Tokyo city with Tokyo Tower right in front of you. Awesome skyline of Tokyo city on a clear day. Try going also during sunset hours to capture Mount Fuji silhouette against Tokyo's night lights.
