We teach ourselves and we practice the ability to hold frequency inside of our body. These are activations. This is our DNA coming online

It's a frequency activation inside of us that makes it so that as we house this frequency and information inside of our body, and we beam it out, it becomes expanded and we are a match for higher level knowledge during this time because we're ready for it -

The codes come in, they become a part of you and they stay. And you're conscious and you continue the development and then you live that way. You practice that way and you embody it. And then you continue to build and build, and build on it
