flour (maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 1/3 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
one egg - room temperature
cooking oil 1/3 cup
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup
milk 200ml
pinch of salt

for the butter cream :
unsalted butter 80g
powdered sugar 1/3 cup
condensed milk 1/4 cup

** baking dish 6 inch**
*** baking time : bake preheated oven at 170c for 30to 35 minutes

FULL CUP 250ML | HALF CUP 125ml | 1/3 CUP 80ML | 1/4 CUP 60ML | 1 TBSP 15ML | 1/2 TBSP 7.5ML | 1 TSP 5 ML | 1/2 TSP 2.5ML ! ***
