masala french toast

As a kid, my mom would pack this very regularly in our tiffin boxes and back then I used to hate it. But this version of mine is more spicy and masaledar version and I’m sure you go you love it!

You need:

3 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1/2 onion chopped
2-3 green chilies (adjust as per liking)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
5-6 slices of bread
oil or butter for shallow frying
