For example, Big Data helps us beat traffic jams on Google Maps by collecting and analyzing tons of info from different sources like smartphones, sensors, and satellites.

and even show us real time traffic updates using these tools. Hadoop, Spark and NoSQL databases  are the Avengers of the big data world aiming up to save the day.
