Where Was Zhongli Born? | Genshin Character Chronicles

If you think about it we have mysterious stories like Ajax's and tragic stories like Rosaria's, Beidou's and Shenhe's. But Zhongli has one of the most hidden Origin stories of any character.
He is so old that no record of his birth or childhood exists anywhere. Even his own story has no mention of it. which made me think maybe he himself can't remember his own origins, parents and family.
