👉मलेरिया क्या है?
✔️मलेरिया एक संक्रामक और मौसमी रोग है जो मादा एनोफ्लिज़ मच्छर के काटने से होता है। यह सबसे प्रचलित संक्रामक रोगों में से एक है।
✔️यह एक ऐसा रोग है जिसमें रोगी को सर्दी और सिरदर्द के साथ बार-बार बुखार आता है, बुखार कभी कम हो जाता है और कभी दोबारा आ जाता है तथा गंभीर मामलों में रोगी कोमा में चला जाता है और उसकी मृत्यु तक हो जाती है।


👉मलेरिया के लक्षण
⭐शरीर का तापमान बढ़ना।
⭐सिर दर्द होना।
⭐पसीना आना।
⭐ठण्ड लगना।
⭐उल्टी होना।
⭐मांसपेशियों में दर्द होना।
⭐दस्त लगना।
⭐थकान व कमज़ोरी महसूस होना।
⭐एक बार बुखार आने पर हिमोग्लोबिन का स्तर 2- 4 ग्राम रह जाना।


👉मलेरिया के कारण
⭐सबसे मुख्य कारण मादा ऐनाफ्लिज मच्छर के काटने से यह फैलता है।
⭐यदि मच्छर मलेरिया के रोगी को काटकर किसी स्वस्थ्य व्यक्ति को काटता है तो वह उसे भी संक्रमित कर देता है।
⭐एक बार मलेरिया परजीवी शरीर में प्रवेश करने पर एक साल तक उसके लीवर में रह सकता है।
⭐मलेरिया संक्रमित रक्त चढाने से।
⭐संक्रमित व्यक्ति को दिए गये इंजेक्शन से दूसरे व्यक्ति को इंजेक्ट करने से।
⭐माता से अजन्मे बच्चे को भी मलेरिया हो सकता है।

👉मलेरिया के प्रकार
✔️मलेरिया 4 प्रकार का होता है एक पीएफ और दूसरा पिविटी होता है शेष 2 तरह के मलेरिया भारत में कम विदेशों में ज्यादा होते हैं।
✔️सबसे ज्यादा घटक मलेरिया पीएफ होता है उसे मस्तिष्क ज्वर भी कहते हैं पीएफ मलेरिया खतरनाक होता है, इसमें तापमान 105 से 106 डिग्री होता है।

👉मलेरिया से बचाव
⭐जितना संभव हो किसी भी मच्छर को काटने ना दें।
⭐मच्छरदानी का उपयोग करें।
⭐कीट रिपेलेंट क्रीम का इस्तेमाल करें।
⭐ऐसे कपडे पहने जो आपके शरीर के अधिकांश भाग को ढक सके।
⭐घर के आसपास पानी एकत्रित ना होने दें उसे हटाएं साफ करें।
⭐घर के आस पास की जो नालियाँ हैं उसमे जला हुआ तेल/ केरोसिन डालें।

👉मलेरिया का उपचार
✔️सबसे अच्छी दवाई है क्लोरो क्वीन।
✔️अगर शरीर में दर्द है तो पैरासिटामोल दी जाती है।
✔️ज्यादा गंभीर होने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें।

Malaria is a contagious and seasonal disease caused by the bite of the female Anopheles mosquito. It is one of the most prevalent infectious diseases.
It is a disease in which the patient has a frequent fever with cold and headache, the fever sometimes subsides and sometimes comes again and in severe cases, the patient goes into a coma and till his death.

👉Symptoms of malaria
Increase in body temperature.
Having a headache
to sweat.
To get cold
To vomit
Muscle pain.
Having diarrhea
Feeling tired and weak.
Decreased hemoglobin level.


👉Causes of malaria
It is mainly spread through the bite of the female anopheles mosquito.
If a mosquito bites a patient of malaria and bites a healthy person, then it infects him too.
Once the malaria parasite enters the body, it can live in its liver for up to a year.
By transfusion of malaria-infected blood.
By injecting another person with an injection given to an infected person.
Malaria can be passed from mother to unborn baby.



👉Types of malaria
There are 4 types of malaria, one is pf and the other is the pivot, the remaining 2 types of malaria are less in India and more abroad.
The highest component is malaria PF, which is also called meningitis, PF malaria is dangerous, the temperature in it is 105 to 106 degrees.

👉Prevention of malaria
Do not let any mosquito bite you as much as possible.
Use mosquito nets.
Use insect repellant cream.
Wear clothes that can cover most of your body.
Do not allow water to collect around the house, remove it and clean it.
Pour burnt oil/kerosene into the drains around the house.


👉Treatment of Malaria
The best medicine is chloro queen.
If there is a pain in the body then paracetamol is given.
Contact a doctor immediately if it is more serious.
