GRADIENT
The gradient of a line tells you how steep the line is. For every one unit moved to the right, the
gradient will tell you how much the line moves up (or down). When graphs are parallel to each other, they have the same gradient.The gradient of each line is equal to the coefficient of x in the equation.
INTERCEPT
The point at which the line crosses the y-axis (known as the y-intercept) has a y co-ordinate that is equal to the constant term.
This is always true when y is the subject of the equation:
y = mx + c
y is the subject of the equation gradient y-intercept
