Mirchi Bajji 🌶️
This mirchi bajji is a perfect snack for this rainy weather with a cup of tea

▪️INGREDIENTS
(For Besan Mixture)
Besan / Gramflour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Chillipowder - 1 1/2tsp
Ajwain - 1/4th tsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Water - according to thickness

(For stuffing )
Onion -2
Coriander leaves - 1/4th cup
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation -

▪️First prepare the batter by adding besan, salt, turmeric,chillipowder , ajwain , riceflour and water (mix these well)
▪️Make slits in bajji chilli and remove the seeds completely
▪️Dip the bajji in the Besan batter
▪️Drop the bajji chilli in hot oil and deep fry them until they turn golden
▪️Now cut the bajji little and fill the stuffing prepared with onion and other ingredients mentioned above ( for stuffing)
▪️Enjoy with green chutney !
