Thanks again for watching and subscribing.
In this video, I do a quick introduction to how I came across breathwork and eventually became a breathwork instructor.
I go over a simple breathwork pattern for beginners that's not only great for dealing with stress and anxiety but a tool to improve your CO2 tolerance (stress tolerance).
This breathing pattern is a great example of how simple breath work can be, and at the same time how impactful.
A quick test to do before you watch the full video (which includes a guided breathwork session) is to time how many breaths a minute you take. If that number is more than 20, definitely subscribe to this channel and start using the videos daily.
If you're taking 20-25 breaths a minute, it's a sign of breathing dysfunction (all that means is you're breathing too much, which is actually causing stress and anxiety). Because of this, you get into this anxiety loop of, poor breathing (breathing too much) causing you anxiety, and anxiety causing you to breathe too much.
Know someone else anxious all the time? Ask them to test how many breaths they take a minute, then forward them this video.
