Welcome to the online workshop on the Business Model Canvas (BMC), an initiative by "The Last Centre" aimed at transforming education. This event is organized by the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) of Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad.

This comprehensive workshop is designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills to effectively develop and use the Business Model Canvas. The BMC is a strategic management tool used for developing new or documenting existing business models. It offers a visual chart with elements describing a firm's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances, assisting businesses in aligning their activities by illustrating potential trade-offs.
