NEW U.S. RULE: Immigrants Must Carry ID at All Times!

Starting April 11, ALL non-citizens in the U.S. — including those on H-1B, F-1, B1/B2 visas, Green Card holders, and those with EADs or I-94s — are legally required to carry valid immigration ID with them at all times.

This new policy by U.S. authorities is meant to strengthen immigration enforcement, but it has created confusion for many visa holders.
