Tzatziki Sauce - Yogurt and Cucumber Dip with Dill in 10 minutes

Just mix all the ingredients to make this creamy Tzatziki Sauce at home. Tastes best with pita bread, pita chips, falafel, fresh-cut veggies like carrots, zucchini, celery sticks, etc.

It stays good for 5-6 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek Yogurt or Whole Milk Yogurt
1/2 medium Cucumber, peeled and grated (or finely chopped)
1 tablespoon finely chopped Fresh Dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill) or Mint
Leaves
1 clove of Garlic, finely chopped or grated (or 1/4 teaspoon of Garlic
Powder)
1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper (powder)
Salt, to taste (approx. 1/4 teaspoon)
