Vaccination - How does it work?

Hey Scientists,

today I explain how a vaccine works. It triggers the immune system to build up antibodies and to establish memory cells which can act faster when the actual infection enters the body. It is a great achievement of humankind which saved millions, even billions of lives on that planet already.
