Recipe:
First, remove the stem of the raw mango (Kairi) and boil it for 10 minutes.
Separate the mango pulp and mix it with equal parts of jaggery (gud). Stir well with a spoon.
Blend this mixture without adding any water until smooth.
Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Store this pulp in an airtight glass bottle in the fridge for up to 2 months.
Whenever you want, take some of the pulp, add cold water, ice cubes, cumin powder, black salt, and mint leaves for a chilled, refreshing drink! 🧊
