Seasonal Affective Disorder

Have you ever noticed how things seem a bit gloomy in the winter, maybe how you’re not as energetic as you are during the rest of the year? It’s not just you, it’s Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). In this video, we delve into the inner workings of SAD and maybe even some ways to alleviate its symptoms through physical activity.
