Dermatologist Weighs in on Blackhead Removal #shorts

Dermatologist ‪@DrWhitneyBowe‬ explains the science behind a crazy blackhead extraction viral video. It may look like a bunch of blackheads clustered together, being popped simultaneously. However, in this video, all of these blackheads are connected under the surface of the skin by channels called sinus tracts. This skin condition looks like something called Acne Conglobota. This condition has nothing to do with hygiene (it's not because they didn't wash their face). There's a strong genetic component and predisposition to those who are more prone to getting this.
