One of the first true 3-door build double-deck bus for Singapore and probably one of the last diesel-only purchase under the Government Contracting Model. The fleet has been distrbuted amongst SBS Transit, SMRT Buses and Tower Transit Singapore.

The ADL Enviro500 MMC Mk II is powered by the Mercedes-Benz OM 936 LA, similar to the ones found on the popular Mercedes-Benz Citaro C2 model and fitted with Voith DIWA 864.6 automatic transmission.
