Hello friends , in this video we will seeing how to make restaurant style chilli parotta very easily at home. In this recipe we will not be adding any colour , we will be making this at the original colour of a chilli parotta.
So first to make the chilli parotta , we should fry the parottas ( Here i have bought parottas from restaurant , If you want you can make it at home).
Step 1:
Fry the parottas and keep it aside
Step 2:
Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pan. Add some onions , ginger garlic paste , curry leaves and green bell pepper (capsicum) one by one and saute them well.
Step 3:
Now add 2 table spoons of tomato ketchup and soy ketchup. Add a little of water and salt to taste. Add chilli powder if required.
Step 4:
Once the water gets boil, add the fried parottas and stir will untill they mix. Serve hot.
