👉 क्या है मसूड़ों का नीचे जाना ?

जब मसूड़े दांत को छोड़कर नीचे जाने लगते हैं तो हमारे दांतों और मसूड़ों में एक खाली जगह बन जाती है जिसमें बैक्टीरिया बहुत आसानी से फ़ैल सकते हैं। अगर हम इस बीमारी का इलाज नहीं कराते है तो उस जगह पर अन्य बीमारियां भी हो सकती है।

⭐ एंटीबायोटिक दवाएं दी जाती है जिससे वापस वह बैक्टीरिया पनप ना पाएं।
⭐ इसके ज्यादा बढ़ जाने पर फ्लेप सर्जरी से गम्स को हटाकर पूरा क्लीन करके, उनको पोजीशन में लाकर टाँके लगा दिए जाते हैं।
⭐ दांतों में ज्यादा अन्दर तक रिसेशन होने पर बोन ग्राफ्टिंग की जाती है जिसमें बोन ग्राफ्टिंग मेटेरिअल डाला जाता है। इससे बोन फिर से बनने लगती है।

👉 What is gum recession ?

When gums leave the tooth and start going down, space gets created between our teeth and gums in which bacteria can spread very easily. If we do not cure this, it can give rise to other diseases.

👉 Symptoms of gum recession ?

⭐ Cold and hot sensation in the gums and teeth.
⭐ Teeth appear too long.

👉 Causes of gum recession ?

⭐ In case of any disease in the gums.
⭐ Hard brushing.
⭐ By not cleaning teeth properly.
⭐ By consuming any tobacco product.
⭐ Hormonal changes in women.

👉 Treatment of gum recession ?

✔️ If treatment starts in the initial stage, the bacteria are removed by cleaning teeth by scaling and root planning.
✔️ Antibiotics are given so that those bacteria do not grow back.
✔️ If this increases, the gum is removed by flap surgery. It is done by cleaning the gums completely and then putting them in position and stitching them.
✔️ If the teeth are majorly affected, bone grafting is done. In this process, bone grafting material is inserted which helps the bone form again.
