Awesome Dino-themed Food Hall with Michelin-standard food, located in Gardens by The Bay. In particular, I like the Tsuta ramen, which is good and priced similar to any other ramen place in the malls. The biryani is also awesome but relatively expensive. The dinosaur-themed ambience would appeal to family dining with kids who are dinosaur lovers.
