The dancers use fast-paced Nritta steps to showcase the true complexity of the Dhanashree Thillana. They aim to showcase the diversity of Nritta and beats in the Bharatanatyam style through multiple different steps, alternating between the two dancers as well as dancing simultaneously throughout the piece. The dancers use this semi-classical music to appeal to different kinds of dance and musical audiences, while staying true to the elements of the classical art form.
Performed remotely by Sangeet Anand and Aditi Iyer.
