Ingredients:
Eggs
Sugar
Honey
Flour
water
Mix 5 eggs in the mixer, add sugar slowly and mix till it's well blended with foamy consistency, we can increase the speed to achieve the desired foaminess of the mixture. Put the honey, and water then mix well, put the flour while mixing on low. When the batter is ready, transfer it to a pan greased with olive oil. Tap on the side to remove the bubbles. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 30-35 minutes. Poke with toothpick to check if it's already baked. Let it cool for an hour or two before slicing it. Serve with love to your family, enjoy!
