Ingredients:
plum layer:

50ml whiskey
1 heaping tablespoon powdered sugar

biscuit layer:
200g biscuits
100g melted butter

cheese layer:
100g dark chocolate
2 tablespoons potato starch
3/4 cup powdered sugar
5 medium eggs
1kg cheese for cheesecake [from a bucket]
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

chocolate icing:
100g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
1/3 cup 30% cream

additionally:
24cm diameter cake tin
baking paper
