I booked a tent in the middle of the desert but the tour operator booked me a tent in a courtyard. It’s good that my driver help me by talking to the tour operator that they should provide what has been agreed.

It’s so frustrating if you are expecting and envisioning where you will stay and it turned out that it wasn’t the case. Travelling in Tunisia, offers a deep dive into the unique Berber culture and breathtaking landscapes of the desert.

The following day, we explored the Douz Market and they are selling head of camel being displayed infront of their shop. This is part of their culture. when you watch this video, you will understand why!

Another fascinating place that I have visited was the Matmata trogdolyte caves. It was cleverly designed so that it won't be claustrophobic.
